… I bought this model a couple of years after I bought the 2041 because it was $10 cheaper ($20 vs. $30.) … I just leave it turned all the way to High all the time so that it doesn't cycle off. I have had this fan for 5 years, only turning it off in the winter, and it's still going just fine.
