… I bought this model a couple of years after I bought the 2041 because it was $10 cheaper ($20 vs. $30.) … I just leave it turned all the way to High all the time so that it doesn't cycle off. I have had this fan for 5 years, only turning it off in the winter, and it's still going just fine.

Product Description

This double window fan can bring in cool, fresh air from the outside or push out the hot, stale air from inside.


With a thermostat that switches the fan on and off based upon a preprogrammed temperature level, plus triple speeds for each fan, the unit works well with conditions.


And since the unit is lightweight plastic, you can move around the house easily.


Overall, the unit comes fully assembled, is 12-1/4 inches high and carries a three-year warranty against defects.

Or, due to the separate draw-in and exhaust-out settings, it can operate both ways simultaneously.
